Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. juan369 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login information. You must notify juan369 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
KYC Verification. juan369 is required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations to verify the identity of all players. You must complete KYC verification — by submitting a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, driver's license, or passport) — before your first withdrawal can be processed. Deposits may be accepted before KYC completion up to specified thresholds, but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.
5.1 Deposits. juan369 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; current minimums are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet methods.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request. juan369 does not charge withdrawal fees for e-wallet payouts. Bank transfer fees, if any, are charged by the receiving institution.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. InstaPay bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) typically take 10–30 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during periods of high volume may take longer. juan369 reserves up to 48 hours for identity or fraud verification review before releasing any withdrawal.
5.4 Currency. All balances, transactions, wagers, and payouts on the juan369 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency conversion costs, if applicable to USDT deposits, are the responsibility of the depositing player.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. juan369 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee as specified in its fee schedule after providing prior notice to the player's registered contact details. Remaining balances are preserved for legitimate players subject to identity re-verification.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers at juan369 are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's description. In the event of conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus credits granted by juan369 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds will expire.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to each verified player once only. Attempting to claim a first-time bonus through a duplicate account is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
6.4 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward meeting the requirement. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the specific promotion's terms. Sports betting contributions vary by event and market type.
6.5 Maximum Bet During Wagering. While clearing a wagering requirement, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is ₱500 PHP unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
